Fireworks!!!

If any of you are like me then, when you are working on a goal or diet, you can get a little down. I have learned two ways to deal with bad times from my family. Those two things are music and food.  Music makes me feel so good. I need to work on using the music to make me feel better instead of the food. I think music can be very powerful. There is a song that has come out not to long ago. Firework by Katy Perry has a really good message. It is so good to hear that you can do it. I will put a small part of the song in my blog today.
