My 2nd Weigh-In

So this is my 2nd weigh-in of the year and I lost YAY!!! This week I am down to 259.8 so that is 3.8 lbs. It feels so good. My goals didn't do so well though, but on a side note I have been soda free for a week today. Today is also the frist day of school. At the school they have a fitness room that is $10 a sem. I am going down today to pay for that so I can workout more. My goals for this week are to eat the two fruit a day and workout a the school. I will let you know how that goes next week.   1. That's fantastic! I haven't weighed myself. Don't intend to either. But I have made positive changes. Like you, I haven't had a soda in a week. OKay, fine. I had 1/2 a soda about 4 days in. But honestly, it didn't taste good so I put it down. Guess that's what happens when you give it up. I've also been exercising. That's huge for me. I exercised more last week than I have in a year. Isn't that sad?

    I'm cheering you on, Michael! Go, go, go!

  3. Congratulations on the weight loss, Michael! That's fantastic. And good for you for not drinking soda. As a lover of cola myself, I know it's hard to kick the habit. But as Barb/Elle said, with time, it won't taste as great as it used to.

    Also, yay, for signing up for that gym at school. Working out your brain AND body! Go, Michael, go!
