Dieting and Workouts

The first thing I need to do is to stop drinking soda. I also need to start working out more. I am going to ride the bike we have at home. I am going to start out doing that for 30 mins a day. I need to learn to eat right as well. My big thing is to learn when I am full and not just eating to be eating. Does anyone know of any good workouts or workout music? Just let me know?
